(Grand Forks, N.D.) Edgewood Management Group announced the expansion of its Minnesota operations. Edgewood REIT purchased The Legends at Heritage Place on April 20, 2017 and entered into a long-term agreement to lease the community to Edgewood OpCo LLC, Grand Forks, ND.

“We are excited to welcome The Legends at Heritage Place to the Edgewood family,” says Russell G. Kubik, President of Edgewood Management Group. It’s easy to see that they will be a great fit for Edgewood, as we share the same core values and philosophies of senior care. Their team has a long history of providing quality care and services to seniors in Sartell and the surrounding area, and they’ve confidently chosen Edgewood to help them carry on that tradition. We intend to continue offering high-quality, consistent and innovative care to these residents and families today and for years to come,” continued Kubik.

Edgewood also shared plans to make some initial cosmetic updates to the community as well as announcing a name change, from The Legends at Heritage Place to Edgewood Senior Living in Sartell.
