(Grand Forks, N.D.) Edgewood announced the expansion of its North Dakota operations. Edgewood Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) will acquire Hawks Point on June 1, 2017 and enter into a long-term agreement to lease the community to Edgewood Healthcare, Grand Forks, ND. The independent living and assisted living community is located on Dickinson State University’s campus in Dickinson, North Dakota.
