Edgewood Expands Idaho Operations

Edgewood recently announced the expansion of its Idaho operations. Edgewood Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) acquired Brookdale Castle Hills Assisted Living community in Boise, Idaho and entered into a long-term agreement to lease the community to Edgewood Healthcare of Grand Forks, ND. The Edgewood Castle Hills community provides accommodations for up to 55 residents and will become the eleventh Edgewood senior living location in Idaho.

Our reputation for providing excellent senior services in a safe, home-like environment will serve area residents well,” continued Gisi.
